At Conaflow, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most products purchased from our website within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for returns, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized items, or products marked as final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is eligible. Please note that returns cannot be processed without an RMA number.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return reaches us safely.
Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging. Include all accessories, tags, and any promotional items that came with your purchase.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to the following:
Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item. If there is a price difference between the returned and exchanged item, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
To qualify for a return due to a defect, please provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number and description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will process the return and send a replacement or issue a refund.
